Science, research and decades of experience all point to the same thing: kids will get active, stay active, and even reach the greatest heights of sport achievement if they do the right things at the right times. SportSTRONG was created with this philosophy in mind. The habits and teachings that athletes are exposed to at a young age will be the foundation for their athletic success throughout their lives.

We recognize that an athlete requires fundamental skills such as throwing and catching in order to perform at their best. To better develop these skills, kids need to play different sports and activities from an early age – not a specific sport.

Our program is designed to enhance areas such as stamina, strength, movement efficiency, and overall physical literacy. The program is running for a twelve-week cycle, and it focuses on learn to train stage and overall athletic development. Sessions are customized to the age range of participants, and the physical literacy elements are complimented with equally important elements such as mindfulness, coping strategies, goal-setting, nutrition, and recovery to support athletic and personal success.

SportSTRONG sets young athletes up with a foundation that will keep them physically active and literate for life.

Program Dates: This 12-week program runs from Sep 12th – Dec 2nd , Monday to Friday at 4:30pm and 5:00pm. Registration minimum is 3. 
Combine Dates: Combines will take place from Sept 5th-9th and Dec 5th-9th
