In 2010, the Vancouver Olympic and Paralympic games united and inspired the world in celebration of the power of sport. From now until March 21, Vancouver and some communities around the province are celebrating the 10th anniversary with a number of public events and initiatives for everyone to participate in.
- viaSport and the Super, Natural British Columbia brand are celebrating the anniversary of the Games with CTV. Watch CTV Morning Live, CTV news and CTV’s website to experience highlights from 2010 and have a chance to win an active B.C. escape.
- Share your personal and your organization’s photos, videos and memories of the games using #2010Memories.
- Join the Canadian Olympic Committee’s Fan Festival at Jack Poole Plaza February 22 to celebrate with Olympic athletes and for sport demonstrations.
- Attend the Gala Celebration, February 22.
- Apply for support for your winter sport program or event with the 2020 Winter Spirit Grant taking applications until February 28.
