Now What Facilitation specializes in helping sports teams and organizations build cohesion and success through effective conflict resolution. Their diverse team brings together experts from multiple fields – social work, investigations, counselling, education, youth services, mediation, arbitration, law, and policy analysis.
Through viaSport’s shared services program, Now What Facilitation focuses on navigating challenges and strengthening governance, risk and dispute resolution practices to support more than 70 viaSport Designated Sport Organizations across the province.
