Pink Shirt Day
Feb 04, 2025

Bullying can happen anywhere and at any time. Creating a sport culture that is safe and inclusive is incredibly important to us at viaSport BC.
National Pink Shirt Day is on February 26. This is a day when individuals wear pink shirts to signify their stance against bullying. Bullying is a major problem in our schools, workplaces, homes, and online — in a sport safety context, addressing maltreatment and creating a positive sport culture are key to psychological and physical safety.
We commit to leading a culture that prioritizes respectful sport experiences that are safe for everyone. Learn more about safety in sport here.
