BC Soccer – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

BC Soccer is seeking its next Chief Executive Officer, a thoughtful, dynamic leader who can navigate complexity, build trust across a diverse stakeholder community, and translate an ambitious vision into meaningful results.

The CEO will serve as the primary liaison connecting the Board of Directors, the staff team of the BC Soccer Association, and all its members and stakeholders. With strategic leadership responsibilities, the CEO oversees the staff team and ensures BC Soccer remains at the forefront of promoting soccer excellence, inclusivity, and safety across British Columbia. A key priority for the incoming CEO will be implementing an organizational structure that positions BC Soccer to successfully deliver on its strategic direction, ensuring the right people, resources, accountabilities, and operational priorities are in place to turn strategy into action. Moreover, the CEO will ensure the senior management team remains vigilant in identifying growth opportunities, enhancing member satisfaction, staying abreast of legislative changes, and staying informed about emerging industry developments and standards.
