Whistler Adaptive Sports Program Society (WAS) is a leading adaptive sport and recreation organization serving the Sea-to-Sky corridor and beyond. Through year-round programs, trained coaches, volunteers, equipment and financial support, WAS creates opportunities for people with disabilities and neurodiversity to participate in sport, recreation and the outdoors.
As WAS enters its next chapter of growth, guided by a new strategic plan, we are seeking committed and experienced individuals to join our Board of Directors.
Board Directors provide strategic leadership, governance and oversight to help ensure WAS remains financially sustainable, mission-driven and positioned for long-term impact.
