Created as a legacy of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games, viaSport British Columbia acts as the Province’s lead agency to steward the growth and development of amateur sport in BC.
viaSport is the recognized as British Columbia’s coaching representative with the Coaching Association of Canada and is responsible for delivering multi-sport courses and upholding the standards of the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP).
Through this partnership, viaSport not only offers courses but also explores ways to elevate coach education.
