North Shore Girls Soccer Club – Head Coach – Division 1

North Shore Girls Soccer Club (NSGSC) is a leading female-first soccer organization dedicated to empowering girls and women through sport and keeping them in the game for life. As one of the largest community-based soccer clubs in Canada, NSGSC delivers programs from grassroots participation to high-performance pathways, serving athletes of all ages and abilities. More than a club, NSGSC is a dynamic, values-driven organization focused on community impact, female leadership, and creating meaningful experiences both on and off the field.

We are looking for exceptional coaches to work with our high performance Division 1/Pre-BCSPL teams. As a coach with North Shore Girls Soccer Club, you will have the ability to guide and lead players through appropriate skills training based on age of the players and work with a team of professional staff and other coaches to carry out our soccer programs.
