Course description:
NCCP Coach Evaluators assess, evaluate, debrief, and follow up with coaches to help them achieve certification. They are experts in observation, providing feedback and debriefing, and have in-depth knowledge of the outcomes, criteria, and evidences from NCCP standard evaluation tools within different sport contexts.
In Core Training for Coach Evaluators, you will learn:
- Overview of the Workshop and the NCCP
- The Certification Process
- Learning to Debrief
- Action Planning
Please note: This is a live, facilitator-led, interactive, group-based course offered online through Zoom. To participate in an Online Delivery course, you must have a working microphone, speakers and a camera as well as reliable access to the internet (Dial-up or High Speed).
Please make sure that you have the most updated version of Zoom as some features might not be available through the older versions.
Please note that this course takes place over 2 evenings. Coach Developers must attend the full duration of this workshop to receive credit for their participation. Due to system limitations, course transfers, substitutions or deferrals are not possible.
