viaSport welcomes new Controller and Communications Coordinator

This month, viaSport is excited to welcome Lovell Godinho and Lisa Hsieh to the viaSport team.

Lovell has joined our team in the role of Controller where he will be working with the Business Operations team to oversee financial reporting, budget development, financial policy, as well as payroll and benefits.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting from Goa University, Lovell is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) with over 20 years of accounting and finance experience. Although he grew up playing soccer, Lovell can be found watching hockey and cheering for the local Vancouver Canucks.

Lisa recently transitioned from a part-time into a full-time role at viaSport as a Communications Coordinator with the Communications team. Her primary roles include social media implementation, web content development, and viaSport Media promotion.

A recent Marketing graduate from the University of British Columbia, Lisa was previously involved with the UBC Intramurals and Recreation program to promote active living to students through sport and physical activity. In her free time, you can find her playing Ultimate Frisbee, finding new trails to hike, or lifting weights at the gym.
