Universal Code of Conduct to prevent and address Maltreatment in Sport (UCCMS)

The Universal Code of Conduct to prevent and address Maltreatment in Sport (UCCMS) has been developed with input from viaSport and other partners across Canada. It is part of the Canadian Safe Sport Program, run by the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport, and applies to all federally funded sport organizations (National Sport Organizations and Multisport Organizations). It is now required to be adopted by all National Sport organizations. Some viaSport Designated Organizations have also switched the to UCCMS to streamline their system throughout their sport.
