Coaches need coaching too! Deadline approaching for Facilitator and Evaluator training courses in BC

Are you interested in becoming a Coach Developer? Don’t wait, the deadline is approaching for the Kamloops and Burnaby Core Training dates!
viaSport hosts a variety of Coach Developer courses throughout BC each year, with training sessions in four regions scheduled for 2016. These courses are intended for current multi-sport or sport specific Learning Facilitators, Coach Evaluators, or coaches that have been identified by their sport to become trained as a Learning Facilitator or Coach Evaluator.
Core Training for Learning Facilitators is a six-hour workshop that introduces the goals and philosophy of the NCCP, how to facilitate modules, and teaches the instructional design of the modules.
Core Training for Coach Evaluators is a five-hour workshop that focuses on the evaluation principles and processes that Coach Evaluators need to follow when evaluating coaches.
