Recap: CAC Partners Day 2015

As the Provincial/Territorial Coaching Representative (PTCR) of British Columbia, viaSport attended the 2015 Partners Day hosted by the Coaching Association of Canada on June 3 in Ottawa. This event brought together fellow Provincial/Territorial Coaching Representatives, Provincial/Territorial Sport Organizations, National Sport Organizations, Sport Canada and other national partners to share, celebrate and learn from each other.

The event provided our team the opportunity to meet face-to-face with individuals we collaborate with across the country. It was also valuable to share best practices with other provinces and territories on their coaching development, education opportunities and administration procedures. By having all of these organizations together it provided the perfect opportunity to strengthen communication for all organizations delivering coach education in Canada.
