Watch live! 2016 BC Soccer Adult Provincial Championships
May 03, 2016
According to the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), more than 240 million people around the world regularly play soccer. This isn’t surprising, as one only needs a ball and a flat area of land to get involved with this sport.
Most often played growing up, many youth continue to play soccer well into their adult years. In addition, the inclusive and social nature of the sport encourages first timers to try it out in adult soccer leagues. In B.C., more than 20,000 men and women participate in various levels of adult soccer.
From May 14-15, viaSport Media will be on-site at the renowned Westhills Stadium and Goudy Field in Langford, BC to live-stream the Men’s and Women’s final matches for the 2016 BC Soccer Adult Provincial Championships. The winners of these matches will move on to quality for the National Club Championships organized by the Canadian Soccer Association later this year.
