BCRPA

BCRPA, a not-for-profit organization playing a central role in leading the enrichment and improvement of British Columbians’ quality of life of and their communities by championing the power of recreation and parks, works collaboratively with viaSport BC to share resources and initiatives that build healthy and resilient communities in British Columbia.

The objective of this partnership is to share the practical tools and resources of viaSport’s PlaySafe BC Program throughout the 2024 calendar year with the BCRPA network. PlaySafe BC is a centralized online hub that recreation facility staff and visitors can access to learn how to make sport a place where people can thrive, flourish, and perform at their best. This partnership further enables viaSport and BCRPA to focus on shared purpose and values around promoting physical activity in the province.
