The Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity & Recreation Council (I·SPARC), a provincial organization established for the purpose of improving the health outcomes of Indigenous communities by empowering and inspiring individuals and families to live healthy, active lives has partnered with viaSport British Columbia.

A Memorandum of Understanding outlines a joint commitment to cooperate in a working relationship to advance shared Reconciliation objectives in amateur sport by sharing Indigenous athlete stories and promoting Indigenous athlete development initiatives.
