As an official, you can have a profound impact on the outcome of a game. The essence of a good official is both tangible—knowing and enforcing the rules of the sport—and intangible—making good judgements and effectively communicating your decision. This module is intended to give you insight into the decision-making process and help you develop knowledge and skills to effectively make and communicate decisions when officiating.
