EVOLVE: Culture Change Project

Jennifer Keith (Executive Director of BC Artistic Swimming) presents a detailed look at their culture change project, which they call the EVOLVE project. This Sport Canada funded work started with learning about the “good, the bad, and the UGLY” in their sport, developed tools to address the issues, and monitored the outcomes – which will continue to grow and have a positive impact for years to come. The initial changes they have seen include the “4Cs” – increased collaboration, club capacity, communications, and camaraderie.
