Module 4: Conflict of Interest

The Conflict of Interest module provide directors with the opportunity to provide a declaration of any potential conflict of interest per appropriate board policy and B.C. Societies Act [2015]. Boards can also use this as a foundation for creating a conflict of interest policy if no policy currently exists.
